We are interested in speaking with secondary practitioners whose roles involve responsibility for overseeing or implementing work to address the needs of struggling readers. This includes: 

• School Literacy Coordinators

• School Improvement Leads

• Deputy Heads whose remit covers literacy / struggling readers

• SENCOs​

What the conversation involves

The conversation is structured but informal and no preparation is required. The purpose is not to evaluate practice or compare schools, but to understand how reading-related issues are understood and addressed in real settings.
